I am from Pueblo, Colorado. I grew up around local agriculture and farming as many of my family members used to work on farms. I graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Business Administration, a concentration in Innovation Organization Management and certificates in Human Resource Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship. I plan on continuing my education in Organizational Leadership and Change Management within the next year.
I have a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice. Throughout my time in undergrad, I learned about the current food system and how it impacts our surrounding communities. This brought me to Metro Caring to continue advocating and working with the community to do more and be hands on. When not working I typically can be found outdoors with my dog, traveling, and exploring new cultures and spending time with my loved ones.
