Thursday, November 16 - Wednesday, November 22

Metro Caring will be distributing turkeys again this holiday season from November 16 to 22. Each market shopping trip during those days will include a turkey in addition to the regularly available meat. 

We will also distribute 50 turkeys per market opening (9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6 p.m. Tuesday & Wednesday) for folks without a market shopping trip during this time period. These turkeys will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at a volunteer station in the Welcome Center. 

 Other Thanksgiving foods will be available in the market throughout this month.

We will likely have turkeys for volunteers to take but will request that volunteers refrain from taking their turkeys until 11/22 to ensure our community receives turkeys first.

Jueves 11/16 - Miercoles 11/22

Metro Caring volverá a distribuir pavos en esta temporada navideña del 16 al 22 de noviembre. Cada viaje de compras al mercado durante esos días incluirá un pavo además de la carne disponible regularmente.

También distribuiremos 20 pavos por turno para las personas que no tienen un viaje de compras al mercado durante este período de tiempo. Estos pavos se distribuirán por orden de llegada en una estación de voluntarios en el Centro de Bienvenida.

Otros alimentos del Día de Acción de Gracias estarán disponibles en el mercado a lo largo de este mes.

Es probable que tengamos pavos para que los voluntarios los lleven, pero pediremos que los voluntarios se abstengan de tomar su pavo hasta el 11/22 para asegurarnos de que nuestra comunidad reciba pavos primero.
